Strength & Speed. As the name suggests this session is all about improving strength and speed. We design the session, you pick the weights and difficulty and we coach you all the way through! Also great for posture, burning fat, mobility and building muscle!

High Intensity Interval Training. This comes in a range of forms, from working on the clock, to classic circuits, AMRAPs to ladders and EMOM's! Don't know what this means? Get in touch or come and try a session! Sessions use sleds, kettlebells, ropes, bodyweight exercises and much more!

A mixture of strength, power and conditioning through big lifts, bodyweight movements and everything in-between. The first part of the session is learning the basics of some of the demanding movements such as Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Muscle Ups. By doing this you 'Earn the Right' to do the hard stuff quickly and in larger volume! Then you test your work capacity with a big finish!

Girls Only! Similar to S.A.S., this session is based around strength, posture and mobility. With some heavy lifts and a bit of conditioning this sessions is great for burning fat in a really friendly atmosphere!!

A huge mixture of swings, squats, presses, get up's and much more, this session is a challenge! Pick the weight that suits you (we have KB's 6-40kg!!) then let our coach guide you through the session!

For the early birds! Very similar in structure to S.A.S. with a special upper body treat on a Friday!

High Intensity Interval Training (hiit) session based on your individual ability, heart rate and how your body responds to the session!
Each session has been designed specifically to push you to the limits and improve a range of physical components such as aerobic capacity, the ability to repeat high intensity (anaerobic) efforts and muscular endurance. |
A mixture of core strength, boxing, MMA and fun!!! The combination of technical boxing coaching and high intensity exercise means you will burn a lot of calories as well as getting a good core and all-over workout!!

Run, jump, climb, balance, swing, slide, hop all the fun things we used to do as kids that they don't get chance to do now! This sessions is perfect for improving multi-sport skills, strength, flexibility, communication as well as tiring your kids out before bed!! The only downside is it's aimed at 5-12 year olds so you can't join in!
