Curly has previously worked within a team setting as S&C coach at Chester FC and Wrexham FC.

Since leaving football, Curly has moved in to motorsport working with RMJ academy to develop the physical performance of their Motocross and World Super-sport motorbike riders.

Along side work with RMJ, Curly looks after several athletes from other sports including GB equestrian and Welsh gymnastics where he has had great success.
